Foreign Wars Billboard

President Obama was awarded the 2009 Nobel peace prize. By 2015, the Nobel secretary regretted the decision. Globalist Democrats, like the neoconservatives before them, started numerous conflicts that led to large scale death and destruction. The nationalist Trump administration has silently kept the United States out of any further conflicts.

In 2011, Obama “led from behind” the overthrow of the Libyan government. What followed was a horrific, and still ongoing, second civil war. The power vacuum has displaced 3.5 million Libyans that still require immediate humanitarian assistance. The instability has also fostered a significant slave and human trafficking industry.

The Obama Administration supported the brutal Saudi-intervention into Yemen in 2015. This is considered one of the worst humanitarian crises currently ongoing. 91,600 people have died as a result.

Obama was an advocate of ruthless drone strikes that killed countless noncombatants. This number is masked by the egregiously loose redefinition of “military combatant” by the Obama administration.

Most offensive was the Obama Administration’s support of ISIS and an offshoot of Al-Qaeda (known as Al-Nusra Front, then Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham) in the Syrian Civil War. Tens of thousands of American weapons destined for a shell organization known as the “Free Syrian Army” were collected by the very real Al-Nusra Front and the Islamic State in Syria. Millions were displaced and thousands were killed as a result in the now infamous war and “Syrian Migrant Crisis.”

Obama had numerous other failures abroad, including Ukraine’s loss of Crimea to Russia, the Iran Nuclear Deal, and lackluster performance on trade deals.

Trump was a breath of fresh air into American foreign policy. Trump has put American interests first.

Trump has wielded American influence abroad to secure a state of detente with possible foes North Korea, Russia, China, and Iran. He is waging a very successful trade war with China.

Trump has bombed several air fields. Trump has increased sanctions on Iran. Trump has ripped up the Iran Nuclear Deal. Trump has vowed to continue the withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan. None of these actions have cost lives.

In Syria, Trump eliminated all American support of ISIS and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham. ISIS was defeated within a year and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham has been on a long decline. The “Syrian Migrant Crisis” has largely stopped. Families are returning home.

Trump’s peaceful maneuvering is perhaps the greatest aspect of his presidency so far. Here’s to another four years of sometimes loud, sometimes boisterous, but always consistent peace.

ISIS Defeated. Wars Prevented. Vote Trump.
