Democrats have lost the plot when it comes to healthcare. If you think tens of millions of foreign citizens should not be included on an American healthcare bill, you are now a Republican.
At the June 2019 Democratic debates, the question was posed: “Would your healthcare plan cover undocumented immigrants?”
The question was answered in the affirmative by Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Andrew Yang, Pete Buttigieg, Kirsten Gillibrand, Michael Bennet, Marianne Williamson, John Hickenlooper, and Eric Swalwell. Every Democrat on the stage that night.
Americans are already spending over $150,000,000,000 on benefits each year for illegal immigrants. This is not recouped by the $19 billion in taxes collected from illegal immigrants. According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform, the number of illegal immigrants living in the United States are conservatively estimated to number 14 million. That number could jump to 21 million in just six years.
Covering illegal immigrants may seem like a nice gesture in the mind of the rich Democratic elite. However, it’s self-evident that every person covered by a healthcare bill raises its cost. Adding 14+ million people who do not pay enough taxes will skyrocket the tax burden on the average American family.
Each healthcare tax hike will drive more American families into poverty and being unable to pay for their own healthcare cost. Each American lost to poverty will raise the cost on the remaining Americans able to pay. This raised cost will then drive more Americans into poverty. It’s a death spiral for our healthcare system and it’s accelerating.
Democrats want open borders and want American citizens to pay for the healthcare coverage of every foreign citizen, trespasser, and human trafficker entering the country.
28 million American citizens went without healthcare in 2017. Republicans under Trump have a healthcare bill that will provide support for these American families without drowning the average American in unnecessary debts.
I was once a Green Party voter because I wanted healthcare reform that covered every American citizen. The Left has stopped taking these issues seriously and sacrifices real solutions for social status. That’s why I’m voting for Trump in 2020.
Fund healthcare for Americans first!
